Joachim Czabanski was Chairman of the Executive Board of Klaus Faber AG from 2017 to 2022; from the end of 2019 he was also CFO of the AG.
Prior to that, he held various international management positions for over 15 years, including Executive Vice President of BARTEC GmbH, Managing Director of BACAB SA (CH), Chairman of the Board of Directors of BACAB SI (CH) and Director Mechatronics of automotive supplier Kromberg & Schubert GmbH & Co KG.
International award of Business Worldwide Magazine: Business Transformation System CEO of the Year – Germany 2021 and Inspirational Business Leader of the Year – Europe 2021.

Markus Belmer was responsible for global sales at the JUMO Group from 2021 to 2024; from fall 2022, he was also responsible for the subsidiary China as Managing Director.
Prior to that, he held various management positions for over 20 years, including Managing Director of Baumer GmbH, Vice President DACH, Managing Director and Business Unit Head at the BARTEC Group,
Chairman of the Board of Directors of BARTEC Engineering + Services AG (CH), at Siemens AG in the Electrical Installation Technology division as Head of Product Management and as Sales Manager for Southern and Western Europe.
More than 20 years of business experience in Europe, Asia and America.
Dipl.-Ing. Electrical Engineering incl. postgraduate studies in Business Administration with focus on General Management, Marketing and Organization & Leadership.
